Yoga instructors from various studios will first lead a practice of 108 Sun Salutations, while DJ Elbow Knee Knee (Corey Elbin, Gorinto Productions) spins the primal movement rhythms to keep your energy flowing and goin. After wringing out the body & soul, the beats continue, the mats roll up, and the dance floor comes ALIVE!! Ticket price $16 for preregistration or $20 at the door.
